MAAS also emerged as a response to crisis contexts such as the one caused by the war in Ukraine. The project places special emphasis on improving the capacity of Job Brokers<\/em> to support Ukrainian refugees and other groups facing urgent life circumstances. This involves providing immediate guidance, flexible solutions, and practical tools to help overcome social, cultural, and employment barriers in rapid integration processes. <\/p>\n

\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”3_5″ _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]Sextaplanta leads one of the project\u2019s key blocks within MAAS: the design, development, and validation of eTracker<\/em>, a digital self-management tool designed to facilitate the day-to-day work of Job Brokers<\/em>. This platform makes it possible to build and maintain a living database with information on jobseekers, job offers, tasks, and follow-up actions. The goal is to improve the connection between talent and companies, and to ensure the stability of hires over time.
