It has been a pleasure working with Javier Ortiz and the Sextaplanta team during our appointment as European Capital of Smart Tourism in 2020. Their experience and expertise were extremely helpful in adapting our programme of activities to the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highlight that their support in organising an international workshop in July 2021 and in drafting a report on all activities and impacts was exceptional. Finally, their positive outlook and enthusiasm for the tourism sector are contagious. I hope to work with them again in the future.
We worked with Sextaplanta on one of the most important projects for the Faculty of Tourism: the digital and communications strategy for the events marking the 20th anniversary of tourism studies at the University of Málaga.
