MAAS (Match, Attach and Sustain)
European projectsA new European approach to strengthening the role of Job Brokers
MAAS is a European Erasmus+ project that aims to improve employability in Europe through an innovative methodology focused on Job Brokers, professionals who act as a bridge between people looking for work and companies that need talent. The main objective is to provide new tools, hands-on training, and collaborative approaches that strengthen their role as key players in the labour market.
Agile responses for emergency situations: support for refugees and jobseekers
MAAS also emerged as a response to crisis contexts such as the one caused by the war in Ukraine. The project places special emphasis on improving the capacity of Job Brokers to support Ukrainian refugees and other groups facing urgent life circumstances. This involves providing immediate guidance, flexible solutions, and practical tools to help overcome social, cultural, and employment barriers in rapid integration processes.
A practical and collaborative methodology in the service of employment
MAAS develops a methodology based on real collaboration between Job Brokers, companies, and people looking for work. Through an active community of practice, the project enables the sharing of learning, real-life cases, and common challenges. All this knowledge will be captured in a practical eGuide, designed to become a useful and accessible resource that boosts career guidance, employability, and effective connections with the business community.
eTracker: a digital tool to manage people, tasks, and opportunities
Sextaplanta leads one of the project’s key blocks within MAAS: the design, development, and validation of eTracker, a digital self-management tool designed to facilitate the day-to-day work of Job Brokers. This platform makes it possible to build and maintain a living database with information on jobseekers, job offers, tasks, and follow-up actions. The goal is to improve the connection between talent and companies, and to ensure the stability of hires over time.
