A website that positions the boutique apartment ahead of the traditional hotel

Client: Mara Boutique Apartments
Province: Alicante
Year: 2025

Mara Boutique Apartments’ website was developed to communicate a clear proposition: modern seafront apartments that combine the independence of tourist accommodation with the comfort and services of a boutique hotel. The project needed to convey design, a prime location, and an urban experience in Benidorm, one of the most competitive destinations in the Mediterranean. At Sextaplanta, we worked on a clear structure that presents the apartments, services, and shared spaces directly, reinforcing the product’s key differentiators and its focus on an audience seeking comfort, style, and an exceptional location.

A content architecture designed to inspire and guide the traveller

The website organises information intuitively, combining the presentation of the apartments with content that enriches the guest experience. Sections such as the Benidorm guide, the Baldo restaurant, or special offers help to contextualise the stay and position the accommodation as a starting point for discovering the destination. This information architecture allows users to explore the product with ease, while reinforcing Mara’s positioning as an urban, social accommodation connected to its surroundings—beyond a simple stay by the sea.

A digital experience focused on direct bookings and conversion

The web development prioritises conversion to direct bookings through visible calls to action, smooth navigation, and a customised integration of the KrossBooking booking engine. The website highlights the benefits of booking direct, integrating exclusive offers and making it easy to access the booking system from any section. In addition, special attention was paid to loading speed and the clarity of the booking process—both essential in a high-demand destination like Benidorm. The result is a functional, results-driven website that serves as the project’s main channel for acquisition and direct sales.
