Eco&Dive is a diving school that offers diving experiences for all levels. Their web project aimed to strengthen their brand presence on the Internet and make it easier for potential customers to book courses and experiences.

The developed solution is a complete e-commerce platform in two languages that not only allows users to book products but also includes a points program associated with the user profile, so they can accumulate redeemable points.

The solution also features a self-configurable gift voucher module where users can add the amount they wish to gift to be redeemed at the diving school.

The courses and experiences on the website were classified into different categories, using different taxonomy levels so that users could easily find the product that best suits their level.

Development of Tourism Feasibility Plans for the Entrepreneurship Society Project

The Entrepreneurship Society Project is an initiative by a group of Rural Development Organizations in the Province of Malaga. The project’s objective was to involve local populations from different municipalities in undertaking ventures in underutilized municipal spaces.

The client requested us to develop a series of feasibility and action plans for the various municipal spaces with tourist potential. For this purpose, we developed a quick reference tool in HTML format, delivered on a pen drive, which included a master document—eminently practical—that served as a practical guide to access the key points for the technical and economic feasibility of the different uses of the spaces.

Additionally, the master documents were complemented by an extensive action plan suggesting lines of action in innovation, marketing, and commercialization.

The developed plans covered spaces such as hostels, interpretation centers, and tourist offices in various municipalities within the province of Malaga.

Tourism digital strategy project

The client requested us to design a comprehensive strategy for the commercialization of the products and services of the companies that make up the product clubs of the Consorcio Qualifica.

To carry out the project, we attended the periodic meetings of the clubs, which are also attended by members of the companies, and shared the strategic possibilities while gathering the different commercialization needs of each one.

The result was the design of a composite strategy for the profile of the companies that formed each product club. The document included a complete battery of actions, an execution and monitoring plan, as well as a corrective plan.

Web Design for Familysol

Familysol is a very special project. Familysol aims to develop digital content focused on activities and experiences specially selected for families with girls and boys. One of the main objectives when designing its website was to ensure that the project’s mechanism is crystal clear to the user. We needed to achieve an intuitive operation across the entire website, including an e-commerce module integrated with a payment gateway.

Like all our websites, it is responsive and adapts to any device.

Graphic design, use of colour and text blocks, page layout—everything is designed to provide the user with the best web experience.

Coordination of the European Capital of Smart Tourism project, Málaga 2020

Sextaplanta carried out the curatorial work to coordinate the action plan for the European Capital of Smart Tourism, Málaga 2020.

To this end, a working team was assigned which, together with the Tourism Department of Málaga City Council, worked jointly on the actions planned for the capital programme.

The programme was carried out during 2020 and was extended until September 2021 due to Covid.

To coordinate the actions, work was carried out both on a project management platform and through regular follow-up meetings.

Among the most notable actions carried out, we can mention the organisation of the exchange workshop between the universities of Málaga and Gothenburg, the international workshop on good practices with other European capitals, media cooperation with leading international media outlets, the presentation at ITB Berlin Now 2021, or the technical report.

Project report: European Capital of Smart Tourism, Málaga 2020

The Technical Report is a document that was written, designed and laid out with the aim of compiling all the content carried out on the occasion of the capital, as well as serving as a repository of the project’s impacts.
