The project for the tourist apartments La Roca Rentals presented a significant challenge to solve on the web platform. It is a tourist complex with two distinct brands: La Roca Rentals and Calma Rentals.

Both offerings provided a differentiated product to different segments but had to coexist on the same platform. To achieve this, a website was developed capable of changing its design according to the graphic identity of each brand. Each brand has a personalized section that converges on a homepage offering the user both products separately.

The booking engine used for this project is Wubook, where the products of both brands are integrated.

The web project for Grupo La Puebla tourist apartments had as its main challenge the development of a completely new platform and brand that would serve as a marketplace for all the types of accommodations that make up the group.

The initial concept was based on developing a brand image that would be modular to represent each and every one of the four products, each with its own unique features but at the same time part of a group that guarantees high quality standards.

In terms of online marketing, a Wubook booking engine was implemented for each accommodation, providing each one with a personalized space on the website, on the one hand to ensure user experience and on the other hand, to strengthen the search engine positioning of each brand individually.

The platform is developed in two languages, using the WordPress content management system with a clear focus on mobile device traffic.

Apartamentos Turísticos Rivas 34 are accommodations with a character of their own. Located in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in the city of Málaga, the accommodation offers first-class service accessible to all budgets.

These accommodations are aimed at travelers who want to enjoy the city away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Following the brand’s identity, a casual, practical, and easy-to-use website was developed, giving full prominence to visual content and the booking engine.

The website, available in two languages, allows users to navigate easily through visual content of the accommodation and the city. All content is optimized for desktop and mobile versions, prioritizing accessibility to the Wubook online booking engine at all times.

Marinell is a group of tourist accommodations comprising two hotels and a complete set of tourist apartments located in the Canary Islands.

For the group, it was essential to create a web platform that offered a group image and allowed them to scale the business easily and consistently with their brand image and distribution strategy.

At first glance, the website provides information on the three accommodations that form the group. From a selector, the user can access each of the microsites for each accommodation.

The booking engine integrated with the website is Bookassist. The entire booking process is integrated into the website.

Oleholidays is a prestigious holiday accommodation management agency in Marbella that covers a wide variety of locations, and therefore needed a web platform that would allow users to easily find the perfect accommodation.

To achieve this, Sextaplanta’s development team approached the project with the aim of creating a solution that would allow users to search the website in different ways. Therefore, an accommodation type search tool was created, a category filter was added, and finally a booking engine was installed.

The booking engine implemented is Wubook’s. Although it is a hotel booking engine, some adjustments were made to adapt it to holiday accommodation and thus implement a more dynamic revenue management strategy.
